To hold an appointment you must provide a valid credit card number and

expiration date. There is a $25 fee per appointment; the card on file

will be charged 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If you must

cancel your appointment, be sure to give us 24-hour notice.The appointment is

not confirmed until we receive the credit card information.
